Frequently Asked Questions

Need answers? We got you.

Here’s everything you might be wondering before hitting print with us. If your question’s not here, just hit us up and we’ll sort you out.

👕 Pricing & Ordering

  • Pricing depends on three main factors:

    • Size of the graphic
    • Number of print locations on each shirt
    • Style or type of shirt chosen

As a rough guide, most printed shirts come in around $22.50 each, give or take depending on your setup.

  • Nope! There are no minimum order quantities.

We’re happy to print just a couple of tees if that’s all you need. That said, prices improve as quantities increase.

    Bulk Buy Discounts
    25–49 = 5% off
    50–99 = 10% off
    100–249 = 15% off
    250–499 = 20% off
    500+ = 25% off

No problem at all.

You can mix things up however you like:

• Different designs on different shirts
• Same design across different garments
• Multiple designs within one order

This doesn’t change how we price your project, we simply quote based on total prints required.

Printing has setup time involved, so the more items we print at once, the cheaper each item becomes. Larger runs let us keep costs down and pass those savings on to you.

Yes. Larger prints use more ink and take longer to produce, so they can increase the price slightly. Small chest prints cost less than full front or oversized prints.

Usually no, if your artwork is print ready. If artwork needs fixing, resizing, or rebuilding, we may charge a small setup fee, but we’ll always let you know beforehand.

Absolutely. You can split quantities across sizes however you like. The price is based on total quantity, not per size.

Almost always. Printing extras during the same run is cheaper than coming back later for another small batch.

Yes! Once we’ve printed your job, we keep the print details on file so reorders are quick and easy.

Yep. We keep artwork and print setups saved so future orders are hassle free.

👚 Clothing Options

  • Not at all, but you’re welcome to if you already have garments ready.

We’ll simply charge for the print and labour. We just need to check fabric type to make sure everything prints properly.

  • We mostly use AS Colour, because honestly, we love them.

They offer great quality, heaps of colours, and styles we actually enjoy wearing ourselves.

    We also supply:

    • Gildan
    • American Apparel

And we’re always happy to source other garments if you’re chasing something specific.

👉 Learn more about AS Colour here: (blog link)

We mainly use AS Colour because the quality and range are excellent, but we also work with Gildan, American Apparel and can source other brands if needed.

Mid-weight or heavy tees from AS Colour are popular for merch brands because they feel premium and last well.

Yes! We print on hoodies, crewnecks, tote bags, hats and many other items. Just ask if you have something specific in mind... we even do skateboard decks!

Yes. If you already have garments, we can print on them. We just check fabric type first to make sure printing will work well.

Yes, we can remove neck labels and add your own branding if needed.

Yes, we can print inside neck tags instead of using sewn labels.

There are slight differences but that is a benefit of DTF over screenprinting. The variation of graphic brightness between light and dark shirts is very minimal.

🎨 Design & Brand Support

Yes, we can help refine ideas or build designs ready for printing.
We are working on some design packages to offer you, reach out to find out more!

Absolutely. We can recommend options based on budget, quality, or style.

Here are some rough sizes to guide you.

Pocket Print = 10cm x 10cm
Large Back Print = 30cm x 30cm

Centre Chest Print = 15cm x 15cm to 30cm x 30cm

High contrast, clear artwork generally prints best. Fine details can sometimes get lost, so we help optimise artwork where needed.

🖨 Printing Process

  • We use a printing method called DTF, which stands for Direct To Film.

The design is printed onto a film and then heat-pressed onto the garment, creating a durable and vibrant result.

👉 Learn more about DTF printing here: (blog link)

  • Simply put:

DTF printing is like applying a permanent, high-quality transfer onto the fabric.

Screen printing pushes ink directly into the garment through stencils, bonding it into the fibres.

Both are great options, and we’re happy to help choose what suits your project best.

We prefer high-resolution PNG, PDF, AI, PSD or vector files.  The file needs to be 300 dpi and sized correctly to the size you want it printed! If you're unsure, just send what you have and we’ll check it for you and we can help fix any artwork for a small fee.

No stress. We’ll let you know what needs fixing and can usually clean it up for you for a small fee.

Definitely. We can clean up files, adjust colours, or prepare artwork properly for printing. Sometimes a small fee applies depending on how much work is needed.

Yes, we ship all across Australia.

Yes, international shipping is available if needed.

🧼 Garment Care & Durability

  • For best results:

    • Wash inside out
    • Use cold wash
    • Avoid harsh detergents
    • Do not tumble dry
    • Do not iron directly on prints

    This helps prints last longer.

With normal wear and correct washing, prints last a long time. Like all printed garments, some fading or soft cracking can happen over time.

Cold washing, avoiding dryers, and not ironing prints directly will help them stay looking fresh.
