We require full payment before printing begins, unless a written agreement is made.
Payment methods accepted: credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.
Standard turnaround:
Clothing, headwear & accessories: 7–14 business days
Stickers: 7–14 business days
Skateboard decks: 4–5 weeks
Rush orders may be available on request. Fees apply.
Delays due to third-party suppliers, couriers, or your artwork setup are outside our control — but we’ll keep you in the loop.
You're welcome to drop off your own clothing or decks for us to print on.
We take care when printing on customer-supplied goods, but we are not liable for damage to or loss of items provided by you.
You are responsible for checking quality and print suitability before supplying items.
You are responsible for supplying correct artwork files. We accept PNG, PSD, AI, and PDF formats at 300 DPI in RGB colour mode.
By uploading artwork, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use the design.
We reserve the right to refuse any artwork we deem inappropriate, offensive, or infringing.
Digital mockups may be provided before printing. It’s your responsibility to approve them carefully.
Once approved, changes cannot be made without possible delays or reprint charges.
Because everything we make is custom, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
If there’s an error on our end (wrong print, size, or product), contact us within 7 days and we’ll fix it — either with a reprint or credit.
Any damage from freight or courier handling must be reported immediately with photos.
All brand assets, logos, and designs provided by you remain your property.
All Trap Door Print designs, branding, and website content remain our intellectual property and may not be reused or reproduced without permission.
Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
Bulk discount structures apply where eligible, and pricing may vary depending on garment, print size, and complexity.
We reserve the right to revise pricing due to changes in supplier costs or production requirements.
Trap Door Print is not liable for delays caused by weather, freight providers, stock shortages, or supplier interruptions.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use (or failure) of printed goods.
We may update these terms and conditions as needed. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
