01 / Getting started

From rough idea to clear next step.

How do I get a quote?
Start your quote in our online quote app. Choose the garments or decks, print positions, sizes and quantities, then upload artwork if you have it; we check the details before the job moves toward approval.
What information should I have ready?
Have a rough idea of what you need, quantities, preferred garments or deck style, print locations, artwork, deadline and delivery location. You do not need every answer before you begin—the quote flow is designed to help fill in the blanks.
Can I order if I only have a rough idea?
Yes. Start with the product and outcome you have in mind and tell us what is still undecided. We can help narrow down garments, print sizes, placement and the right production route before approval.
Can you help me choose the right garments?
Yes. We can point you towards suitable tees, hoodies, fleece, workwear and other blanks based on the job, budget, fit and finish you want. See our
garment options
for a starting point.
Do you print for small businesses and bands?
Absolutely. We print small business merch, uniforms, band merch, artist runs, events, teams and local projects, including smaller runs where a giant factory-style order does not make sense.

02 / Artwork and design

Not sure if the file is ready? That is normal.

Do I need print-ready artwork?
Print-ready artwork helps, but it is not required to start a quote. Upload the best file you have and we will check resolution, colour, transparency, sizing and setup before anything goes near a press.
What artwork files do you need?
Vector files such as AI, EPS, PDF or SVG are ideal for logos and clean graphics. High-resolution PNG files with transparent backgrounds can work well for DTF printing; avoid screenshots or compressed social media downloads where possible.
What if my artwork is low resolution?
We will tell you what is likely to happen at print size and what can be improved. Depending on the file, we may recommend supplying a better source, cleaning it up, resizing it or quoting artwork help separately.
Can you vectorise or clean up my artwork?
Yes, where practical. Vectorising, redraws, background removal, layout changes and print setup may be quoted separately, and we will explain what is needed before that work begins.
Do you send an approval before printing?
Yes. You receive the important job details before production: garments or decks, print positions, sizes, quantities, artwork direction, pricing and timing. Production starts after the quote, payment and artwork details are approved.

Put them into the quote app and let us check the tricky bits. A rough brief is better than another week of wondering.

03 / Apparel printing

Tees, hoodies, merch and workwear.

What garments can you print on?
We print on t-shirts, hoodies, crewnecks, fleece, polos, workwear and other suitable garments. The available range depends on the job, colour, fit, quantity and print method.
Do you offer custom t-shirt and hoodie printing?
Yes. Custom t-shirt printing and hoodie printing are common jobs for merch drops, teams, events, businesses and everyday wear. Add the garment, artwork and quantities to your quote so we can confirm the best option.
Can you print workwear or uniforms?
Yes. We print workwear, uniforms, staff tees, polos, hoodies and practical team gear. Include the number of people, repeat-order needs and logo placement so we can recommend a workable setup.
Can I print on the front, back, sleeves or neck area?
Yes, depending on the garment and print method. Select the print positions in your quote and include any neck-label or sleeve requirements so they can be checked before approval.
What print sizes are available?
Common options include left chest, centre front, full front, back, sleeve and smaller detail prints. Oversized t-shirt printing and large back prints can be possible, but the garment, artwork proportions and print area need to be checked together.
Can I mix sizes and colours in one order?
Usually, yes. Add the size and colour breakdown in the quote so we can check stock and confirm whether the same artwork and print setup works across the order.
Can I supply my own garments?
Sometimes, but it needs to be approved before production. Supplied garments can create different risks around fabric, sizing, spares and printability, so include the brand, style and quantity before sending anything in.

04 / Skateboard deck printing

Deck graphics are a proper service here.

Do you print skateboard decks?
Yes. We quote skateboard deck printing for skate brands, shops, artists, teams, events, limited drops and display pieces. Start with the
deck printing enquiry
and upload your artwork if you have it.
Can you print one-off or small deck runs?
We can discuss one-off samples, small deck runs and larger brand or shop orders. Quantity, deck shape, artwork, finish and intended use all affect the best route and price.
What artwork size do you need for a skateboard deck?
Deck artwork needs to account for the deck shape, curves, truck holes and safe area rather than treating it like a flat rectangle. Upload the file you have and we will check the setup and explain any changes needed.
Can you help prepare deck artwork?
Yes. We can review placement, sizing, curves, safe areas and production setup. Redrawing or design work may be quoted separately if the artwork needs more than a straightforward adjustment.
Are deck prints suitable for skating or display?
Tell us how the decks will be used when you start your quote. Display decks, samples, shop runs and decks intended for skating can have different requirements, so the use case helps us recommend the right production path.

05 / Orders, payment and production

What happens after you hit submit?

Is there a minimum order?
Minimums depend on the product, print method, artwork setup and production route. Small runs are welcome, but a quote is the quickest way to see what is practical for your exact job.
How long does production take?
Timing depends on the garments or decks, quantity, artwork readiness, stock and current workload. Add your deadline in the quote and we will confirm a realistic production window before approval.
When does production start?
Production starts after the quote details, artwork and payment requirements have been approved. We do not send an uncertain file straight into production and hope for the best.
Do I need to pay before printing?
Yes, production normally begins after the quote or invoice is approved and payment is complete. The approval details will make the agreed job scope clear before the order moves ahead.
Can you rush an order?
Sometimes, depending on stock, artwork, production capacity and the deadline. Tell us the date at the start of your quote so we can be honest about what is possible.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes, delivery options can be confirmed as part of the quote. We are based on the Sunshine Coast and can also discuss local pickup where suitable.
Can I reorder the same job later?
Yes. Keep your previous quote, invoice or job details and mention that it is a reorder. We can then check whether the same artwork, garments, sizes and print setup are still available.

06 / Quality and care

Good artwork and good care go a long way.

How durable are DTF prints?
DTF printing can produce durable, flexible garment graphics when the artwork, garment and application are right. Washing and drying instructions matter, so follow the care guidance supplied with your order.
Will the print feel heavy?
The feel depends on the print size, coverage, artwork and garment. Smaller designs usually feel lighter, while large solid areas will naturally have more surface coverage.
Can prints crack or peel?
Poor artwork, unsuitable garments, excessive heat or harsh washing can all affect a print. We check the production setup beforehand, and you can help protect the result by following the recommended wash and care instructions.
How do I get the best result?
Use the best artwork file you have, choose a garment that suits the job, be clear about print placement and tell us how the item will be used. If you are unsure, start the quote and let us help before anything is approved.
