WHAT YOU NEED TO BEGIN
A rough brief is enough.
Tell us what you are making, who it is for, how many you need and what you already know. We can help fill in the blanks.
TRAP DOOR PRINT / THE PROCESS
Whether you need custom apparel, DTF printing, workwear, merch or skateboard decks, the quote process starts with what you know and makes the next decision easier.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BEGIN
Tell us what you are making, who it is for, how many you need and what you already know. We can help fill in the blanks.
01 / THE BRIEF
PROJECT
A merch drop, team gear, event shirts, artwork, brand run, sample or a new uniform. The use case helps shape the right route.
QUANTITY
Include the best estimate you have. If it is still moving, say so rather than guessing silently.
DEADLINE
Add the date if there is one. Production timing depends on stock, artwork, approvals and the job details.
02 / CHOOSE THE ROUTE
APPAREL
Use the apparel printing page to choose garments, print positions and the quote path.
GARMENTS
The Garments page helps compare the fit, feel and finish before you choose.
DECKS
For deck shape, artwork, quantity and intended use, start with the deck printing page.
NOT SURE?
If the route is unclear, send the brief and we will help narrow down the next decision.
03 / ARTWORK CHECKING
SEND
Vector, PDF, AI or EPS files are useful for logos and clean graphics. High-resolution raster files can also work.
REVIEW
We look at resolution, transparency, sizing, placement and setup. If the artwork needs rebuilding, you will know before print.
HELP
Use the Artwork Help pages when the file is not ready or the idea needs design support before print.
04 / QUOTE AND APPROVAL
01
Garments, decks, sizes, colours and the intended use.
02
Positions, sizes, artwork direction and any setup work.
03
The quote or invoice sets out the agreed job details.
04
Production starts after the artwork and payment requirements are approved.
Say what is unknown in the quote. The useful answer is often a clearer question about garment, print size, artwork or timing.
